SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALL, PENTICTON WEST BENCH

We installed this septic system on Sandstone Dr on the Penticton West Bench. This field was designed and installed for an 1800-square-foot carriage house and the future main house.

POOL PATIO RENOVATION AND UPGRADES

At this project, we were hired to break out the old concrete steps, sidewalks and pool patio. We then excavated to upgrade the pool plumbing and for the installation of a concrete bunker for an automatic pool cover. Finally, we prepped for a major addition to the concrete pool patio.

RETAINING WALL, SKAHA BLUFFS

This is a retaining wall project we completed in the Skaha Bluff Estates subdivision in Penticton, using a type of block called Redi-Rock. The Wall was engineered, and we used geogrid between each layer of blocks to support the footings for the house that was to be constructed.

Keldon Electric Ltd., Blaze King

On this project, we worked with Keldon Electric Ltd. to excavate to upgrade the electrical service and install a new transformer vault to the building.

Buccaneer, Old Main Orchards

We got to work with Buccaneer on this amazing estate. We did a little bit of everything, including a demolition of a cabin, we dealt with drainage issues due to an underground creek on the main residence installing 2 giant drywell, we excavated for new foundations and installed a septic field for all the buildings.

GUR Investments, Edmonton Ave. 10 Plex

Multi-family housing is becoming a trend in Penticton. On this project, we demolished a single-family house on a large lot to make room for the construction of 3 new buildings with a total of 10 units. We helped GUR Investments with the foundation excavations and backfills, drainage pits, slab preps and assisted in installing the services.

Kaleden Septic Install

This system was designed by Quality Control Management for an Ellcar Construction Project in Kaleden BC.

Ellis Creek, Fish Bypass

We worked with the Ministry of Transportation and other local contractors to build a fish habitat for kokanee to spawn.

Schoenne Homes, Braid Street

This is one of the many projects we have worked on with Schoenne Homes. They have been bringing affordable housing to Penticton. We helped with the demolitions, foundation and service excavations and backfills, parking prep, and drainage.
